• Qualified in 1969 from King's College Hospital, London University.
• General Practice from 1969 to present time with a particular interest in Crown and Bridgework and implantology.
• Part time clinical assistant in maxillofacial dept, Kent a Canterbury Hospital from 1970- 75.

• Lecturer for the DSA courses in East and West Kent and Essex in 80's and 90's.
• Postgraduate trainer and teacher in 70's and 80's with up to 4 postgraduate trainees in the practice at any one time.
• Mill Lane Institute ran its own DSA examination courses in the 90's.
• Lecturer for BDA private practice groups, and has lectured at the Royal College of Surgeons and BDA for practice advertising.
• Started placing implants in 1974 over 25 years ago and has a wide experience of systems, surgical protocols and problems to be avoided.
• Has run courses with Nobelbiocare as well as non system relateded courses for all members of the team.
• Organises courses patient selection, surgical technique and prosthetic reconstruction as well as practice management and marketing, and conversion to private practice.
• Has held posts on advisory boards, Committees and referee and review panels.
• Attended the International committee of the American Association of Implant Dentistry in 1998.
• Chairman of Association of Dental lmplantology 1998/1999. Regularly attends international meetings as bath delegate and contributor. Contributor to ADI implant protocol manual. Author of several booklets for patient information and other publications.
• Main interest is to make implantology more accessible to all patients.
• Dr Logan currently travels regularly to America where he has a position at the Ohio State University Dental School teaching implant prosthetics, and is also a consultant to Pfizer UK where he has established and manages a modern digital dental practice for the Pfizer personnel.
